lamb loins with orange mint

We were so busy devouring the final product, that I forgot to take a picture of it. I volunteered to make dinner and I thought I would try something new and summer-y. Indeed, the combination of mint and zesty-orange made for an exquisite summer meal, and was very well-received within the family. At least, that’s what they told me... one never really knows.
